PropertyNet Realty will provide a rebate up to 65% of the commission that the firm receives to the buyer, if you use PropertyNet Realty as your buyers agent.

This rebate must be disclosed on the Settlement Statement and can be used towards your closing costs, pre-paids or lowering the purchase price of your home, if all parties agree!

NOTE: The sales price must be above $400K for getting the above rebate. Any transaction with a sales price below $300K is NOT eligible for any rebate. The rebate is applicable only for the purchases of new construction properties only. Rebates will be different for resale home trasnactions.
